The East Yorkshire Cross Country league is run every winter with teams entering from clubs in East Yorkshire Scarborough AC Teams of 6 men and 3 women compete over 6 courses from October to March, with an end of season prize giving ceremony held after the last race. |

Entry is free and members can now register for the series, race numbers are available on club nights, and on race days from early Spetember. Numbers are to be retained for all races.
All races are 11am start. The courses have not changed for this year so venues will be the same as for last year. Really good races for first timers, very much social events with all abilities taking part from local East Yorks Clubs.
A buffet is provided at the Ship Inn Sewerby after the final race when the prize presentations take place.
