Rules are:
best 4 results to count
Driffield Striders results will be separated from other runners results, and I will age grade them (calculator here). This allows comparison runners of different ages. Points will then be awarded on the following scale
10pts for a win
8pts for 2nd
6pts for 3rd
then 5pts, 4pts etc.
The winners at the end of the season will be whoever has most points from their best 4 races. If there is a draw the head to head results will decide.
